Trademarks and copyright
Fantail Sleep Pty Ltd owns trademarks, logos, designs, written content, imagery and other intellectual property associated with the Fantail brand and its products ("Brand Assets").
Unauthorised use, copying, reproduction or imitation of Fantail's Brand Assets is not permitted. The absence of a โข, ยฎ or ยฉ symbol does not constitute a waiver of any rights Fantail may have in that intellectual property.
