We want you to have time to properly try Fantail. Pre-orders come with a six-month return window from the day your order is delivered. If Fantail isn't right for you, simply send it back for a full refund.

Every Fantail has a 12-month warranty covering defects from the date of delivery. If anything goes wrong, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

No subscription is required. The app, Boost, Adaptive Comfort, timers and live readouts are all included with your Fantail.

Under 42 dB at maximum, which sounds like steady white noise. At the low settings most people sleep on, it's near silent.

Fantail fits mattresses up to 45 cm thick and works with most standard bed frames. Beds with raised panelling or a solid border around the top of the mattress may not be compatible.
