We back our products and want to ensure you to feel confident choosing Fantail.

Warranty

Every Fantail includes a 12-month warranty covering defects from the date of delivery. Contact us with your order number and a quick description and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Standard Returns

If Fantail’s not working out for you, we offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Extended Returns for Pre-orders

For customers who place a pre-order, we’re offering an extended return period of six months from delivery date. We know that summer is the true test for cooling products, and while Fantail is designed for year-round comfort, we want you to have the chance to experience it during hotter months before deciding.

Return Conditions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the product back, full refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, with no parts missing or damage beyond normal use.

Damages and Faults

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
