Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order. This policy explains how pre-orders, payments, shipping timelines, and cancellations work.

Pre-Orders & Payment

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory.

Full payment is required at checkout for all pre-orders.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that shipping is estimated for June 2026. Shipping dates are estimates and may change, we will keep you updated of any changes.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipping. We will notify you in advance of when your order is prepared to be shipped.

After your order has shipped, any returns or refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.
